Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Domainer24 collects, uses, and protects information when you use our domain appraisal website, APIs, cached appraisal pages, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Domain searches and appraisal inputs: when you submit a domain name, we process the domain, comparable sales context, and related appraisal outputs.
Usage and technical data: we may collect IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, timestamps, pages viewed, and error logs.
Cookie, local storage, and advertising identifiers: we use browser storage for theme preferences and cookies for daily appraisal quota tracking. Analytics and advertising providers may process cookie identifiers, device identifiers, session data, campaign data, and ad interaction data.
Contact information: if you contact us by email, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, and message content.
2. How We Use Information
To provide domain appraisals, comparable sales, RDAP registration details, downloadable certificates, and related product features.
To enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, protect the service from automated scraping, and maintain security.
To improve appraisal quality, site performance, user experience, and reliability.
To measure traffic, user journeys, search performance, campaigns, and product usage.
To display, measure, and fund advertising through advertising and marketing technologies.
To respond to support requests, legal requests, and operational issues.
To show advertising or measure analytics if those services are enabled on the website.
3. AI and Third-Party Processing
When AI appraisal is enabled, domain names, RDAP context, and relevant comparable-sales context may be sent to an AI service provider, currently Qwen/DashScope, to generate appraisal estimates and analysis.
We use RDAP data providers, including rdap.org, to retrieve public domain registration information such as registrar, dates, status, and name servers.
We host the service on Vercel and may use Vercel storage products to cache appraisal data, generated records, and operational files.
We may use Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and similar analytics or SEO measurement tools to understand usage, performance, acquisition, and technical issues.
We may use Google AdSense and other advertising platforms to serve, personalize, limit, and measure ads where permitted by applicable law.
These providers may process cookies, device data, event data, pages visited, clicks, scrolls, session information, approximate location, and advertising identifiers under their own privacy policies.
4. Public and Cached Content
Domain appraisal pages may be cached to improve performance and may be indexed by search engines if publicly accessible.
Do not submit a domain name if you consider the fact that you searched for it to be confidential.
Downloaded certificates and shared appraisal links may reveal the domain name, estimated value, confidence score, and appraisal date.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies are used to operate the service, including daily quota tracking for free appraisals.
Preference storage may be used to remember visual settings such as light or dark theme.
Our cookie notice explains that necessary, analytics, and advertising technologies are required parts of the free service.
Analytics and advertising cookies may be used when analytics or ad services are enabled. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect site functionality or availability.
6. Data Retention
Cached appraisal data is generally retained for up to 30 days unless it is refreshed, deleted, or retained longer for operational, security, or legal reasons.
Server logs and abuse-prevention records may be retained as needed to maintain security, debug issues, and enforce usage limits.
Support emails are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain business records.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We share information with service providers that help us operate the website, provide AI appraisal features, retrieve RDAP data, host infrastructure, process analytics, serve ads, or provide security.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Domainer24, users, or the public.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features such as daily quota tracking may not work correctly.
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, subject to applicable law and technical feasibility.
You may opt out of some third-party advertising and analytics tracking using browser settings, privacy tools, or provider opt-out controls.
9. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process service data to perform the service, protect legitimate interests such as security, abuse prevention, service measurement, and ad-supported operation, and comply with legal obligations.
You may use browser settings, privacy tools, or provider controls to limit certain analytics or advertising technologies, but Domainer24 does not offer a separate in-site opt-out for required service technologies.
10. Children
Domainer24 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. International Users
If you access Domainer24 from outside the country where our systems or service providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries with different data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
