By accessing or using Domainer24, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Domainer24 complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you.

Domainer24 provides domain appraisal estimates, comparable sales, market analysis, RDAP registration details, downloadable certificates, and related tools.

Appraisals may be generated using algorithms, third-party data, cached records, public RDAP data, comparable sales data, and AI service providers.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, including free quotas, reports, certificates, cached pages, or integrations.

All appraisals are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, brokerage, or professional valuation advice.

Actual domain sale prices can differ materially from estimates because of buyer demand, negotiation, timing, extension, traffic, trademark risk, monetization, comparable availability, and market conditions.

A certificate generated by Domainer24 is a presentation of an estimate. It does not prove ownership, availability, authenticity, sale price, trademark clearance, or a guaranteed market value.

You must provide domain names lawfully and must not use the service to infringe rights, harass others, scrape data at scale, disrupt the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.

You are responsible for independently verifying domain ownership, availability, RDAP information, trademarks, legal risks, and market value before making business decisions.

You must not misrepresent Domainer24 estimates as guaranteed offers, binding valuations, certified appraisals by a licensed professional, or promises to buy or sell a domain.

Free users are limited to 10 appraisals per day unless a different limit is displayed. Quota tracking may use cookies or other technical controls.

Automated scraping, bulk querying, bot traffic, bypassing rate limits, reverse engineering, and excessive requests are prohibited without written permission.

We may block, throttle, suspend, or restrict access if we believe usage is abusive, unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Domainer24 may offer paid plans or premium features in the future. Any paid feature may include additional terms shown at purchase or activation.

Unless a separate refund policy states otherwise, fees for digital services are non-refundable once access or generation has begun, except where required by law.

Domainer24, including its design, software, text, reports, certificates, data organization, and branding, is owned by Domainer24 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use generated appraisal outputs for your personal or business evaluation of the submitted domain, including sharing a certificate or appraisal link, provided you do not misrepresent the output.

You may not copy, resell, mass-export, redistribute, or build a competing database from Domainer24 content, comparable sales output, or generated reports without written permission.

Domainer24 may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, AI generation, RDAP data, analytics, ads, and other infrastructure.

Third-party data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose.

We do not guarantee any domain sale outcome, buyer interest, search ranking, appraisal accuracy, or availability of cached pages or certificates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domainer24 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, missed transactions, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Domainer24 for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Domainer24 from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Domainer24 after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
